Default New McD.'s - My 2 Cents

If being next to St. Vincent de Paul's is a plus, I would say its proximity to the city pumping station to the south is a minus. Meander down to the lower end of the parking lot on a humid summer evening, when pumps are working at capacity sending volumes of sewage on its way, and you will get the drift of what I mean. Constructing their new restaurant closer to it, could bring a new meaning to the definition of a Happy Meal.

I would have hoped that the design of a new McDonald's might have been one to enhance the appearance of "the strip" along Union Avenue, rather than maintaining the same boxy style and garish colors. The new D.Q. and Dunkin' Donuts buildings are certainly more appealing and a better fit for a New England community.
