You mean you didn't know? The original owners dug a tunnel. It starts in Meredith, over by the Winni RR station and emerges just behind JoJo's (in case they needed to pick up some beer and steak tips) then swings over to Kona Mansion.

Default No railroad spur indeed, would a realtor lie?

From the listing:

EXISTING USE Other
FINANCING APOD Available, Possible Owner Finance
FLOORS Metal
FOUNDATION Field Stone, Pier/Column
FUEL Coal
HEATING/COOLING Gravity
PARKING 1-10 Spaces, Garage ROOF Membrane
TRANSPORT Rail Spur Siding, Other

I believe the rail siding connects to the underground cow tunnels that I tell my wife is the winter home of the cows on the neck.

Over in Alton they've come upon a remarkable discovery. Apparently this tunnel continues (under the lake?) over to the Alton Bay Inn where they've recently discovered another secret RAIL SPUR!!! Mysteriously, both the Kona Mansion and the Alton Bay Inn are currently for sale by the same realtor!

I heard the tunnel was dug by the same people that did the Cape Cod Canal Tunnel.
