This is not the typical USB or PC Card. It plugs into a special slot on some Dell laptops. It is also known as an integrated card. That is why I wondered if it was actually a sim.

I think I know the one you're talking about (I have one in a drawer at home). It is about 2/3 the size of a typical PC Card? A little narrower?

Much smaller. I have to move it to another laptop. Then I can see what it uses for a connector.
