Island Cam - Saving and Attaching Images
There is an image I just saved from the Island Cam - trying to figure out what the dark spot is. It doesn't show on any of the "three most recent shots" so I'm assuming it's maybe an animal? The problem is, I can't figure out how to post the image in my post and have it appear. Maybe someone else can snag it before it disappears and post it, because I'm on the way to work now. Otherwise, someone train me on how to post a saved image, and I'll post it tonight after work. Any ideas?

Hi Pepper,
I'm not sure if you mean the Pine, Bear or Rattlesnake Island cam but I couldn't see the spot you were referring to on any of them. Maybe I missed that shot. In the future just right click on the image and select "Save Picture As". After you've saved it on your computer open a new forum message, scroll down and click on "manage attachments". A box will pop up that will let you upload the picture with your message. Hope that helps. Don |

Ok, so I'm gonna try that now.
I saved the photo yesterday, so I'm going to try and attach it now, using your instructions.

I should have looked first.
Daggone it - I was sure I saved it prior to the dot disappearing, but apparently not. Oh well - Don, you can delete the thread to clear up server space, since I couldn't seem to capture what I saw.

Pepper
Here is the image you are looking for. My guess is that it's a skimobile. Check out the BearCam today, lots of activity! |

Here's a site to find a few "missing" wecams around the lake, if you want to add them to your "Favorites".

Thank you Bear Islander!!!!!!! I had seriously started to wonder if I'd been seeing things! Thanks so much for digging that up and sharing it. I think you're correct - it's a skimobile.
