Perhaps call these folks for advice?

I know you're all mostly kidding around but there are lots of Walmart weddings:

On the stern of the MT. Washington while its underway. You would have beautiful scenery, fresh air, it would be quite in-expensive, and everyone could have a rather nice dinner or lunch in one of their banquet rooms. Just bring your own JP. Just another option.

The Gazebo in Laconia on the Winnipesaukee River is very nice, I've been for a couple of weddings there. It's just beside the Busiel Mill. Great parking, central location, easy to find

If things are still a little slow, FLL could go into wedding planning.

Sorry I missed adding Leavitt Beach in Meredith, a very beautiful site.

The original post never mentioned the number of guests planned or desired.
As was posted, going on a regular Mount Washington Ship cruise and taking JP of choice would be great. Many of the Ship's Captians are licensed JPs! I'm sure the fees would be very reasonable!

In all seriousness, there is no way I can advocate using any big box store. I hope those mentioning it were joking.
