As I recall Jacques or something like that did the cake, Ladd Hill did the Flowers. I was not happy with the music so do not know anyone for music. That is a start if you really decide to do it yourselves. Even if you use a wedding planner you do have to have some ideas on what you want. I don't know on caterers but Mame's did a lovely brunch the morning after a friend's daughter's wedding. HMMMM I don't have the wedding things here but will look when I go north next week.

Third vote for Amy Piper of Signature Events. Not only is she excellent, she has significant experience in planning island events.
