gas prices + economy not bouncing back as quickly as expected= less boats on lake = less demand for slips.

Have others at quayside had trouble, or had to lower their rent?

Default Boat Slip Rental

Thanks for the responses. Yes, there are other slips available at Quayside, pretty much in the same price range. Not sure if this is a problem at other marinas.
I think the weather is the biggest issue; I think I'll hold tight for now. Thanks again.
