I waited about 45 minutes in Hollis. I arrived around 7:30. Long lines and maybe some slow down due to ID checking.
Now I'm down in Mass at work, they don't have voter ID, so do you think I should cast a vote down here? I still spend a 1/3 of my life here, could I declare myself a resident? I don't want to vote for President that would be double voting and unfair, but I wish I could vote for some local candidates. |

Sometime next January or February or so, the next time I'm in Wolfeboro's Bradley Hardware store, buying a 1/2-pint of spackle or something, I look forward to bumping into Mitt doing a little home repair shopping himself, and I'll say to him: "Mitt, thanks very much for making the effort to run, you are a heck of a good guy!"

.....yes......well.....thankyou very much for "correcting" me on that! Oh well...what can one say......sometimes you win.....and sometimes you lose......January 20, 2009 was the last day for George W Bush .......and yesterday.......Tuesday, November 6, 2012 was the last day for Mitt Romney!
For everyone in New Hampshire and the country who went to the polls and voted for Obama, you have a lot to be cheering about today! .. ![]() You know, it may seem a little hard to believe for people from other areas of the country, but it really is possible to bump into Mitt down at Bradley's Hardware, in Wolfeboro, doing a little shopping.......you just never know.....maybe that's where he'll be on inauguration day, January 20, 2013......picking up some picture hooks or something? |

The parking lot at the poll in Moultonborough was full around 10. Had to wait a few minutes for a space to open up. Inside, the process was efficient. Just a few in front of me, found an open booth right away and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The paper ballot reader spit mine out at first, then took it. I was left wondering if the machine didn't like my choices or liked them enough to count them twice.

Voted in Wolfeboro this morning @ 9:00 and it only took me about 5 minutes.
Stopped at the bake sale and bought a Rum Cake that was delicious. I hope that Mitt has better success with his next bid for president. Maybe he'll try again in another four years. ![]()

Voted just before noon in Alton, best turnout I've seen in years. Keep it going!
