That's a brand new store that just opened. The building was a friend of mine who passed away, he bought it and rehabbed it after it was only about 2 years old and my friend had put in somewhere around 4 million I heard. He put around 2 million into it and about another 1 million for the store. He brought tile in from Italy and held back on nothing everything is top notch. The restaurant is very good but very pricey for that area I think. He has really fixed up the old depot up.He is using the same vision my friend had before he passed away. Now if they could just fix the intersection which I believe is happening very soon w will be in great shape.
