Not Tow Boat US....
That is the Sea Tow Boat that was kept right next to the Alton Bay bridge on the Gillan side. Sea Tow's colors are yellow...
The boat is on the Horse and Buggy Cottages property, which just happens to be owned by a high school classmate of mine. Small world.  Tow Boat US is based out of Gilford.
