Glad to hear your friend Debbie is fine. That is a scary situation, mainly because no one can forewarn this before the tragedy. I've always thought that the lowering of the aquafer from the increasing demand for ground water in that growing population was the culprit.Obviously the geography of how Florida was formed by limestone plays the major role.
