I took a ride out to the eastern side of the Broads before sunrise Saturday morning. Around Cow Island. Mars was just spectacular over the horzon. I have never seen anything so red. That was the best boat ride ever. The lake was so silent and quiet, with a little mist rolling over the water. Have anyone able to see Mars?

Should be pretty bright in the ESE sky. Will get brighter as we get closer to Oct 29. http://www.space.com/spacewatch/050819_mars_guide.html
