With the complete lack rain lately I hope one doesn't malfunction. We sure don't need what is going on out west. Up in Suissevale I worry about all the people lighting of fireworks as well.

My Brother-in-law launched some of these last seasons in Maine. I asked about the aspect of bio-degradability. It seems that some of these are 100% compliant (no wire) and some are not.

They look really nice going up but best to find a vendor/model that has no wire as well as a calm night as they don’t like a breeze getting off the ground.

We saw about 10 of them rising Sunday night on Paugus Bay. I thought the same thing about the fire hazard, my daughter wanted to know if something happened to Repunzel (kid movie reference).
