Worth looking into
The new expo center in Lakeport just built a Inn which by the way I heard is beautiful, has been talking about a restaurant for the public as well as the Inn,the owner is looking to have someone go in and I'm assuming you would rent the space.

The Inn you referred to at the Expo center in Lakeport is called the Inn at Lake Opechee. I actually went there when they opened, and it is simply lovely. It's almost a mini version of Church Landing without some of the fuss. The area where they serve breakfast is right off the foyer. It would be a great spot for a restaurant, and I heard they were considering one there sometime in the future. It is certainly worth a look.

The place accross from Mt. View Marine
There is the building accross from Mt. View Marine, it was a seafood/lobster place. That building has been vacant for a couple of years. Anyone know what is going on with it?
