Just drove from Smith Cove down to Ames Farm....some ice near Smith Cove but as you head south it is totally open. The broads looks completely clear.

We put the boat in Saturday... all dressed up and nowhere to go!

A lot of the web cams are showing open water. I wonder if the ice will make it to Saturday (my ice out guess).

all of that will melt pretty quick though.The same thing happened on Paugus, all the ice floated to the shore then it was gone by the next day.

Wentworth Cove was jammed up this morning and ice free this afternoon. It looks quite clear in front of the Weirs cam too. I'm thinking maybe even tomorrow.

Ice Out isn't going to happen until Thursday at 3:33 in the afternoon, exactly.

I'd be surprised if it isn't within 24 hours. Ice that filled the cove this morning is completely gone.

My unscientific calculation is that there are 45 guesses for the 22nd, 41 for the 23rd and 31 for the 24th.

My guess was today about an hour ago, April 21st. There is still ice in front of my camp, so I lose...again.. All day I thought my guess was the 23rd. Must do something about my memory!
