Well if you are up for a little bit of an adventure you could look into renting a cabin on 3 Mile Island, run by the AMC.

Here are two other places to check out, one even allows dogs I believe, and they both have dock space at reasonable prices.

Sunset Lodges is a little bit more rustic as you can see by the photos.

Both are in quiet settings.
