The house was built in the early 70's so the windows are that vintage. The addition I don't know the date of but my guess would be '79 ish.

Rugman- Good to hear that you had a good experience with Daryl. I have her lined up to look at our place on Sleepers, once the ice goes away hopefully early April. I spoke to her on the phone and she seems like she knows her subject very well. Thanks again to Tummyman for the recommendation.

yes, I had it in the floor tiles, roll roofing, part of ceiling in one bedroom. floor tiles in another room. all gone and got papers from her to prove it. Now good to go with my renovation.
