Hunting for a bargain on Lake Winnipesaukee?

I caught the show last night by chance. Some great local footage of the lakes region.

Tough location to buy at, that house is right behind Gilford Yacht Club in the back of Smith Cove. Very tight area and lots of milfoil. No swimming in front of that house....

I am surprised they didn't look at any island properties, for the price range they were in they could have done well on an island. I guess its not for everyone.
