Wine'ing Butcher - Meredith

Very disappointing - walking in at 12:30 P, no one in line, ordered a single sub and was told 5 minutes. I then gathered a couple other things and proceeded to wait 20 minutes before I gave up and left.

I understand they do a solid call in business but during the extended wait I was in front of the deli counter for most of the time and at no time did anyone apologize or attempt to figure out why the delay.

I won't be back this year - the service was below average.
