I wonder: is the current owner of the property part of the Woodlands group, or did the owners of the WilliamTell lease the building out to them?

It is owned by J E R K LLC (yep, no joke!). The LLC ties back to a residential address in Northfield, NH. The building was purchased in 2013 so I would say its owned by the person that ran the Woodlands Tavern.
