I thought the food and overall management of the restaurant was WAY better in 2016 with Hart's running it. I hope they return to run it this year. I have heard 2nd or 3rd hand that they will be managing it again, but I do not have personal knowledge of that.

I have no knowledge of what it is like to be a pool club member or to keep your boat there. I will say that when you go to the restaurant by boat, it is hit-or-miss to get one of the good docking spots that are perpendicular to the beach....there aren't a lot of them and they fill up fast. If you end up on the outer dock that parallels the beach, you take your life and your boat's life in your hands with all of the wave churn that hits that outer dock.
