I mainly wanted it for some bit of idea when I am being overtaken. I'd still turn my head to see before I turn, but I've gotten surprised a couple times when folks I know came up from behind and hit me with the airhorns.

I like the "on the rail" mount...looking forward to your review!

I would think the one in post # 9 would vibrate a lot since its on a pole. You may want to try this one. If have railings up front mount similar like a car.
Mount one on the other side as well.
