If one looks at Google maps, the road now-labeled Bay Rd is the old 109. It joined the current 109 where Haverhill Acres road joins 109.

It's gonna be tough to sell. A person buys it because they love the lake. But the nature of the business is that to make ends meet the owner has to give up his best time to be on the lake.
