So...they are going to call another dealer to have a technician come out and service the unit/make necessary repairs. Also, they will pay Mr. Dayeb for last Saturday’s service call. I am cautiously optimistic that they will see this through. We’ll see. 🤞

That is pretty awesome customer service from Generac! Based on what you have posted I honestly think you will be way better off with another dealer fixing and servicing.
