I don't disagree with anything you have said...I can only tell you that any large company worth their salt is not going to get in a debate with one of their product customers on a public internet forum.

The professional way for them to deal with this is through their dealer network or direct private communication with the customer. While they may not have done this, they should never air their dirty laundry in public...
