For the most part our neighbors are considerate. Occasionally, someone has a noisy celebration, but almost always the noise goes down after 10:00. The one exception has been the rental property next door....sometimes they squeeze in too many people, bring out the booze and stereo, and then it’s unbearable. Said property is currently for sale, so everyone on the cove hopes it goes soon. 🤞
