The large carpenter ants like wet wood. Look for wet wood, fix the issue that causes it to be wet, and that will help with your problem.
I have used the Terro bait traps several times and had great success. However, every year there seem to be ants, no matter what you do. I have had good success with "Home Defense" that I buy at Lowe's. It works on a lot of insects including spiders. |
