avatar photo change
I was trying to change my avatar but I can't get it small enough to swap it out with my original and I forgot how I got my original down so small. I'm using a program that I can compress, crop and resize but none of the photos I've tried to use go below 25K and I have to get it down to 19.5 k. I have tried to change the pixels and have marked them at various levels below 80 X 80 but the photo still won't swap out. Any ideas of what I am doing wrong or could do to get the photo to the right size to be accepted? thanks all.

found the answer & changed it already
Forget the first squeal for help, I found a link under an old thread that took me to an online site that helps reduce the size and it worked much better than the programs i have on my computer.

Acres per Second posted this on another thread a while back and it was well worth the effort of doing the research.
