Survey on LinkedIn -> 46% are moving
For those that don't know what LinkedIn is, think Facebook for Professionals
They did a Survey recently. 46% of those Surveyed said they are moving because they can now work remote. So that is partly why the huge rise in interest around the NH Lakes region, low interest rates and low supply also contributed I'm sure. I'm sort of one of those 46%. I've owned property in NH since 1986 but both my wife and I have moved to Work From Home jobs and we are building a new home on the lake. Not sure if and when we'll pull anchor from MA but we have been in NH more than MA since COVID started. |

All good, remember if your paycheck is being signed outside of NH you must still pay taxes to the signature state. Learned the hard way last tax season
