Another good local contractor is Brian James. He did several jobs for us including a new roof, deck and other stuff. He is very good and quite competitive. His number is 603-630-6231. Good Luck....

If you haven't secured someone yet, I'd like to recommend Bill Leaman out of Laconia. He can be reached at 387-1338. He has done quite a bit of work for me including a new Trex deck and many other renovations.

Thanks to everyone for their suggestions! We were able to find someone close by that is going to do a remodel for us that was recommended by Forum members.
