While the Dive has certainly been a point of contention and mistakes have been made... The owners are nice people and are nothing if not determined to make the business a success. I too wish them success!

The addition of the new diesel thrusters should make getting around the lake a lot easier and certainly quieter. Those poor outboards while plenty powerful, just didn't have the propeller area to move the Dive around.

The newly approved docking area is commercial in that its an older rental cottage community that is not in use currently. The Dive's dock rent helps out with the taxes and other associated costs. Other than the fuel delivery or septic pump out early in the morning, there should be little to no disruption on Weirs Blvd.
