I just looked. You can down load a Db meter on your smart phone to measure the noise. Not sure how accurate they are, but it will give you at least a base line.
Or On Amazon $20-100 you can get a real one. I Agree the PD should have one. I know CT cops due because they have a strict exhaust noise rules down there!! Good luck |
