I thought it was a Guilford thing, but I just checked the Leader Bank pavilion in Boston and the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, MA and they are right on par. One concert in Mansfield, tickets near the stage were just shy of $10,000 a ticket and apparently Guilford offers payment plans for those who can't afford to pay the face value upfront; It's mind boggling that people are willing accrue debt over a concert.

They call it " dynamic pricing " .... we've been going to shows there for maybe 20 years... probably won't go again. If I sit at my Mt. View slip and the wind is blowing just right....
