I recently bought a condo at Samoset in Gilford. Right across the street from the entrance to Samoset, they poured a huge foundation in the last few days. Does anyone know what this is going to be?

It was purchased by a local developer who cleared the lot.
It was then sold to a different person from Brookline NH. He is the same man who is building the storage units across from the WalMart driveway. On the lot across from Samoset he is constructing a two story storage building. |
