I have 2 consecutive weeks available for sale at Little Gull Cottages in Longboat Key, FL. This resort is an RCI Gold Crown Resort, and has consistent 5 star ratings. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit (Unit 8) on the Gulf of Mexico side of the resort, and the weeks are Weeks 7 & 8 (middle weeks in February). These are deeded weeks, and the maintenance fees for 2023 were $1019.73, all inclusive. My parents bought these weeks in the early 90's and both of them have now passed away, so I have to sell them since I already own a house in FL. Asking price is $12,500.00 per week, but will consider all reasonable offers. These cottages just went through an extensive upgrade.
