i was just thinking it would be cool to have a forum meetup, but where and when?

Perhaps at Dan's place, I hear he has a very nice Tiki bar!! We'll let him set the date and time!

I spoke to the Whiskey Tavern, looks like Fri Aug 9th might be a possibility! Waiting to hear back from them to see what time to make sure it would work for us, but I'll keep all you guys posted!

Try Foster's Tavern in Alton Bay. They have live music on Friday and Saturday nights. Most acts are solo artists. Call and ask for the owner, Brett.

Tried Whiskey Tavern again last night. We had not been there since it first opened which wasn't a great experience.
It was extremely slow, so the service was pretty good this time. We sat out on the deck as it was a beautiful evening.
The food was good, but it wasn't plentiful for the price. If I didn't have some of my wife's meal, I probably would have left hungry.
It wasn't terrible but I doubt I will go back any time soon.

Unfortunately, Whiskey is on a downward trend again. Food has been poor lately. They recently got rid of our favorite waitress and her boyfriend (the head chef) and you can tell.

Paul needs to figure it out... Summer is coming.
