Default Parade of Homes

One of the homes in the "parade of Homes" this year is across the street from me. There were 100's of cars with multiple passengers that went through this home yesterday. Looks like there are still plenty of people looking to buy or build.
This home wasn't for sale, it was a complete rehab, inside and out, by Lighthouse construction.
And also, a complete Lanscape overhaul, took a year to complete.
Absolutely beautiful!

You shouldn't paint them all with the same brush.
They have a business that is in demand and their customer base requires them to look professional.
I know I wouldn't hire a contractor that showed up in a beat up old truck and looked like he was homeless.
