You can splash a boat at the Glendale docks but you can't get for. The bay is mostly ice.

Smith Cove looks free of ice.

Unfortunately you can’t get from Glendale to Smith Cove yet…maybe by tomorrow morning. If that’s the case I will be splashing my boat!
