We have been twice.
Both times there were empty tables but we had a wait of over 1/2 hour in the entry way before being seated. They said they didn't want to seat more people than the kitchen could handle. It would have been better to clear the entry and seat people with the explanation that it would be a wait before they got served. They could have taken a drink order when they explained that. It would help their bottom line and be a better experience for their patrons. While waiting, watching the hostesses and staff there seemed to be a lot of organizational problems that many new businesses start with. The food was good and we will go back. |
