My frontline will transfer a call to me, and the customer will leave contact information at the end. But sometimes that is after the voicemail has stopped recording.
It drives me nuts. Somewhere out there is someone that needs an answer, and no way to contact them.
For one right now, I have bad contact information. Email bounces back, and no phone number.
Others leave just their cell number, but then the mailbox is full.

That has happened to me before too but some don't return calls after multiple calls so it's not that they don't have the number to return the call. I feel terrible to not return someone's call, but I guess it takes all kinds since it doesn't bother some at all.
