Tapatalk Problems: CS Email Included

Tapatalk hasn't been working, so I reached out to them and received the following response. Please let me know if I need/can do anything to help.

"When I check https://winnipesaukee.com/forums/index.php in a web browser, it is extremely slow at this time. (About a half minute per pageload).
But looking at the engineering control panel I can see that the Tapatalk plugin is not working at that forum.

I don't know if it was disabled due to the slowness, or if the forum recently added Cloudflare. I see that Cloudflare is enabled there and that too could be the cause of the plugin not working.

I've sent an email to the address we have on file for the forum owner with a request to do a fresh install of the Tapatalk plugin.
If possible, please mention the app not working on the forum as well since requests from members are often seen sooner."

I only access the forum using a browser (Chrome) and it has been slow since last month when the webmaster talked about the ever increasing bot activity.
Only difference is I now get the Cloudfare human verification notification and sometimes the timeout page.

Those server issues have been resolved so I'm closing this thread.
