I know we have a little bit of time left before Christmas, but I was thinking about offering boating lesson gift certificates for next season. A lot of people are hard to buy for, have everything already, etc. These are unique, affordable, and pretty effective...most of the time they're fun as well! Kids in the family?? They do great with these lessons, and they get to learn with no yelling or stress. They're gonna ask to use the boat someday...might as well be ready for THAT traumatic moment!
