Not worth $129 IMO, they came with my Ariens, not a lot of heat come out of them. I'd go for a nice pair of mittens.

As far as the shafts stuck to the augers, I had this issue, thought it was rust, but it was actually old grease that had turned to wax consistency. I blasted the augers with a propane torch, got it nice and toasty warm, liquified the old grease, and voila, they freed up! I pumped some new grease in while they were warm to force out the old grease, good as new.
