Looking for a Mortgage broker

Is anyone on the forum or does anyone recommend a good mortgage broker in the Laconia area?

Why go with a "local" broker? We recently re-financed with Lenox and true to their advertising, NO CLOSING COSTS! The rates were good as well. The application was done by phone and the paperwork was overnighted to us. A local attorney was hired by them to do the closing paperwork at our convenience.

We just purchased a home in Meredith and we used Jennifer at Wells Fargo. She made the process very fast and easy.

Randy Potter of Countrywide 603-923-4730 is the best I've ever seen or heard of. He closed a loan for me in one week from application to closing and 1/4 point below Citizen's who took 8 weeks to make a committment and then reneged a week before closing on a nonsense issue.
