i have used him for perhaps a half dozen real estate matters over a time span of 10 years ranging from routine inquiries to the purchase of 2 properties. Located in Center Harbor in the same bldg as C21, he is accessible and his rates are reasonable..

We picked Frank Michel to assist us with closing on our vacation home in Meredith this spring. Our real estate agent had provided a list of area attorneys but could not make any recommendations.
