Bears vs Coyotes
This morning at about 3 am we awoke to the sound of what sounded like a good sized pack of coyotes. We estimate they were up to 1/2 mile away.
This summer's sightings of coyotes, hawks, fox and owls is probably why we have very few small mammals in the area (squirrels, chipmunks, etc.). Has anybody else heard coyotes this summer? |
