Tower in Gilford

There is a tower structure being constructed in the parking lot at the Cinema in Gilford. Anyone know the purpose of this structure ?????

I think your talking about the old water tower (been there for a long time). Its being sandblasted and and repainted. The scaffolding and tower have been covered in tyvek like stuff to keep the sandblasting mess contained. There is also a small trailer with some small antennas that's been there for a while. Not sure what that is.

It's a Unicel (COW) site. It's temporary until the water tower rehab is complete and then they will be mounting there equipment to the water tower.
