Rentable Dock Space - Availability

I just upgraded to a larger boat (22') and I am looking into the possibility of renting dockspace for the remainder of the season. Have seen and heard a lot are available this year, so I am hoping it won't be a battle finding something decent for a reasonable price. So, if anyone has any leads, ideally in the Alton Bay area it would be greatly appreciated.

I belive Downing has a sign in front saying Dock Space Available.
