I'm surprised not to see much info on mushing here; either winter or dryland. Are there some mushers out there? I'm a beginner, but have done some sledding, skijoring and bikejoring. Would be interested in information on places to go, or meeting up with others.

The Sandwich Notch Rd gets closed to cars for the winter and there's some dog sledders who use it for maybe 14-miles or something. There's usually a dog sled race on the Sandwich Notch Rd that's held in February.
"Sandwich Notch Rd, dog sled" search should produce a 60-second U-tube video.
