After a couple weeks of anticipation and very strange weather we finally got to put the bob house out and do some fishing. After a 4 mile trek across the ice we got to our spot and set up. We ended up catching a half dozen nice sized lakers and two nice cusk. Considering we never started fishing until 9:30 A.M. we were quite happy with the days catch.
We kept one cusk and one laker because he was hook wounded pretty bad. All others were returned to the big lake to catch another day. Below are a couple pics of my friends who came and their catch. Dan
